Trash or Treat: Saturday, Oct. 31st

Sign up to help the environment while having some fun! Trash or Treat combines the City of Plano's annual Fall Waterways Cleanup with a fun drive-thru event to celebrate Halloween and thank cleanup participants for helping keep Plano waste free.
