Stay informed over the summer about important dates and events.

Go to clarkptsa.org and register/log in with your current Schimelpfenig PTA email and password.


Go to "My Account," update your Parent and Student Information Form and select "8th Grade-Incoming Freshman" for your student's grade.  
You will automatically be added to Clark's eNews list to receive important back-to-school information from the PTSA.

  We would like to give a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who volunteered their time, donated food items and donated gift cards to make the 8th Grade Celebration a great day for our outgoing 8th graders!! We couldn't do this without each of you!!



All students enrolling in 7th grade in the state of Texas are required to have a Tetanus booster with Pertusis (TDAP) immunization and a Meningococcal (MCV4) immunization.  To avoid delays with your child’s 7th grade registration next fall, send the updated immunization record to Nurse Nancy by May 31st.  Click on title for more information.

Prescription and over-the-counter medications that have not been picked up from the school clinic on or before June 1st, the last day of school, will be destroyed.  If you absolutely cannot come to the school campus to pick up the medication by 2 p.m., please call 469-752-6409 to arrange a time to pick up your child’s medication.  UNUSED MEDICATION WILL NOT BE SENT HOME WITH A STUDENT!



If you know that you will be moving over the summer and not returning to Schimelpfenig or Plano ISD, we need to know. Please contact our Registrar, Debbie Collins at 469-752-6415.

  • Please remember if you check your student out early for ANY reason, you must come to the office and sign them out. Students are not authorized to leave the building unless a parent signs them out.
  • In order for a parent note to be considered an"excused" absence, the parent signature must be handwritten. The note can be typed, but the signature can not be. This means if you are emailing or faxing in an excuse note, it is still unexcused, unless the signature is handwritten.

Calling all artists! Are you looking for something to show your talent? 

The 2018-19 PTA Reflections theme has been announced. This year's theme will be: Heroes Around Me

There are six categories to choose from: Visual Art, Photography, Film, Literature, Music Composition, and Dance Choreography! 

It is not too early to start now. Be creative and have fun!
