Our SMS student council will be sponsoring Kindness Week from Monday, February 12th, through Friday, February 16th! There will be dress up days and daily kindness challenges throughout the week for both staff and students. Please encourage your student to participate in this event.

StuCo (Student Council) needs parent volunteers for the 1-2-3-4 We Declare Ticket Wars during A, B, and C lunches!
As a volunteer, you will supervise, ensuring the cashier collects and counts the correct amount. Pick up the cash box from the front office at the start of each shift. Whoever volunteers during C lunch ensures items, including the cash box, are packed and brought to Mrs. Cross.

In observance of President's Day, Monday, February 19th, is a holiday for both staff and students. There will be no school for students on Tuesday, February 20th, as this will be a professional development day for staff. Classes will resume on Wednesday, February 21st.
