PSHS Hockey Spirit Night! - 10/25

Parental Consent for School Health Services

Starting September 1, 2025, Texas law (Senate Bill 12) requires parents to give consent before schools can provide students with certain physical or mental health services. Parents must complete a School Health Services Consent Form for each child in Skyward Family Access as soon as possible.
