Q1. Why can't I see the form to order school supplies?
A1. Be sure to add your student to your account. This can be done on the "Student Information" page. Also, be sure that their grade level is accurate.

Q2. If I want to buy the school supplies myself at a store, is there a list?
A2. Yes, you can find the school supply list by clicking here.

Q3. I can't remember if we purchased school supplies for this year.

A3. Here are 2 ways to check:

* Direct link to the page: smspta.org/user_orders

* After you log in at www.smspta.org, select the link attached your name next to "Logged in as" on the top of the screen. On the next page you will see your account information. Select the "Orders" tab to see your previous orders.
