We're thrilled to celebrate the amazing teachers and staff at our school with a full week of appreciation, treats, and surprises! From morning coffee and delicious lunches to a festive ice cream bar and relaxing massages — we're pulling out all the stops to say thank you.

 Calling all cheer enthusiasts and bargain hunters! The Clark High School Cheer Booster Club is hosting a Kitty Clinic and a Giant Yard Sale on May 10th.  

Kitty Clinic: A fantastic opportunity for aspiring cheerleaders to learn from the best—our talented Clark High cheer squad!  

Yard Sale: Snag incredible deals while supporting a great cause. Parking spots for sellers are now available, so secure yours today!  

All proceeds go directly toward cheer expenses to keep our spirited squad shining bright.

Keep learning all summer long with Plano Public Library! Events are free and do not require a library card. Check out the online calendar for the full schedule and details.  

Here are some highlights: 

• Summer Kickoff – Saturday, May 31 enjoy a birthday-themed kickoff party in celebration of the library’s 60^th birthday  
• STEAM Stop – Learn a little bit about all things STEAM featuring hands-on activities throughout the summer 
• Movie Maker Camp – Join us for a 5-day camp to master movie magic using DaVinci Resolve. Learn how to edit video, create sound effects and use a green screen. Attendance at all sessions is strongly encouraged. 
• Summer Reading – For ages 0-16, read 1,000 minutes and for ages 16+, read 5 books between May 31 and July 31 and earn a prize.  Read more information here: PPL Summer Reading Program  

You can sign up for a library card online and stop by any of the five Plano Public Library locations to pick up the card. Be sure to follow the library on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube for weekly updates.
